This is my time in the Occupied West Bank this summer. It's my medium of processing and recording what I am witnessing and observing. I am realizing that there is a lot that I have heard and been taught which does not line up with the reality I am experiencing. One of the 48 “tunnels” that are being constructed throughout the West Bank. The road above is an original road, now an Israeli or “settler only” road, which Palestinians are not allowed to travel on. Palestinians must now travel on their own, segregated, roads beneath the Israeli-only roads.
